What types of curtains are available at Secret Linen Store?
At Secret Linen Store we have a selection of stylish curtains to choose from, so you can find the perfect pair for your unique needs. Our full range includes:
We have a gorgeous range of colours that blend seamlessly with any interior, as well lovely tie backs for when you want to let the world in.
Washing our lovely loop top and eyelet curtains is a doddle! Simply follow these easy steps below to ensure your curtains stay as fresh as a daisy, while still maintaining their shape and drape:
- Machine wash at a low temperature, between 30-40 degrees (just as you’d wash your bed linen - which made from the same fabrics!)
- Hang on the line to air dry as soon as possible to avoid creasing.
- You can tumble-dry if you prefer, but they may crumple more in the drier. But if that’s the case, just give them a quick once over with the iron and you’re good to go!
- Be sure to use a gentle detergent with no nasties in it (no thank you, optic whiteners!) to keep the colour of your curtains bright.
Blackout curtains require a little more care when cleaning, due to the multi-layered fabrics that make up their structure. For best results, we recommend taking them to your local dry cleaner and just giving them a quick iron or steam to remove any unwanted creases and keep them looking tip-top!

The lining you go for will depend on where you’ll be placing your curtains and what you intend to use them for.
If you’re hanging curtains in your bedroom you may want blackout curtains or fully-lined curtains to keep the morning sun rays at bay. If you’re choosing curtains for your living room, however, you might want an airier option, such as our sheer curtains or linen options to allow lots of lovely light to bathe the room throughout the day.
