Is there a minimum order value/minimum initial order spend for trade customers?
The minimum order value is just £250.
How do I set up a trade account?

Can I apply my trade discount in conjunction with another discount code or on top of a sale price?
Sorry, no, your trade discount is based on the full retail price. If you spot an online discount which is better than your trade discount then we can certainly help make sure you get the best price. Please email trade@secretlinenstore.com with any questions.
How do I pay for my order?
We will provide an online payment link to easily and simply complete your order using any major debit or credit card (including Amex). You can pay via bank transfer too if you prefer. Please just ask for our bank account details and use your draft order number as a reference.
Packing and Shipping
Can you ship a trade order internationally?
Yes we can. Please email trade@secretlinenstore.com for more information about pricing and options. Trade discounts may vary depending on your location so it's best for us to chat this one through.
What is the lead time when ordering bed linen?
We hold plenty of stock in our UK warehouse and many orders can be dispatched immediately for next day delivery. If stock needs to be ordered from our warehouse in Portugal there can be a lead time of 2-3 weeks. Our filled bedding (duvets, pillows and toppers) are all freshly made to order with a lead time of 2 weeks. We will let you know when we expect your delivery to land with you when you order.
After Care
How do I get a VAT receipt for my order?
Your VAT receipt will be emailed to you automatically when your order is shipped. Please get in touch if any details need changing or you need any other help with a VAT receipt.
How do I return any unwanted items?
You can return unused and unwashed items within 60 whole days. You can start your return here using your order number (SLS-) and shipping postcode or email address. If your return is outside this 60 day window please e-mail us at trade@secretlinenstore.com and we’ll do our very best to help.
