What this means in practice
For our team
We want every employee to feel safe, valued and heard. We're focused on creating fair opportunities for everyone, listening to different voices and always looking for smashing ways to do better. Being driven to achieve means nothing if we're not bringing everyone with us and we're positive that when people feel included, brilliant things happen.
For our customers
We want our products and experiences to be accessible and inclusive because great sleep should be for everyone. We aim to be inspirational in how we represent a broad range of people, communicate clearly and make thoughtful choices that reflect who our customers really are.
For our suppliers and partners
We work with people who share our values particularly around fair working conditions and treating people with respect. We build relationships based on honesty and transparency, for the long term. That's just having integrity.
For our wider community
We support initiatives that make a positive difference, focused on fairness, inclusion and doing the right thing. We're nimble enough to spot opportunities to do better and committed enough to act on them.
How we approach this
This is an ongoing commitment, not a one-time tick box. We're inspired by the people around us, guided by data and feedback, and always looking to learn and improve. We stay positive, keep moving forward and make sure our actions match our words.
