We use DPD to send our parcels because we have found them to be the best and most reliable. We'll let you know when your order has been sent, and DPD will contact you to update you on your delivery. You'll be notified on the day of your delivery by text message or email (UK Mainland deliveries), with an hour time window.

We do require a signature, so please make sure that someone will be there to take delivery of the parcel. If you can't be there, and have a safe place to leave your parcel, you can arrange this directly with DPD when they contact you. Please pop your mobile number on your order so we can make sure you receive a text update on your delivery.

We are really sorry, but we can't send any pillows, duvets or toppers to anywhere outside of Mainland UK at present, bed linen is no problem at all. We can send all non bedding items to all of the countries mentioned below. At the moment, we are unable to ship to the USA, we hope to get this up and running soon.

Coronavirus (COVID-19) delivery and return update

We are pleased to confirm DPD are still operating as usual and will be delivering your parcels straight to your home. DPD have taken extra measures to ensure excellent levels of hygiene including issuing additional hand gels and wipes for their vehicles and hand held units to protect all staff and customers.

DPD are not aware of any known cases amongst their staff and will continue to follow the guidance according to HM Government.

With the fast-moving nature of the situation, Secret Linen Store will continue to work closely with DPD and issue any updates should circumstances change.

Please note that due to a reduced team our standard delivery timeframe is currently a bit longer than normal. Please expect around 2-5 working days. Were doing our very best to have your Secret Linen Store parcel with you as quickly as possible, we are a bit slower than normal, but safer.

If you are returning an item to us, again, we are working to process these as quickly as we can, but this may take a little longer than normal. We have a smaller team working on these all keeping at a safe distance.

Delivery for duvets, pillows and toppers

All of our bedding is freshly filled in Scotland. You can expect your order to be made and leave us around 3 weeks form ordering. We are a little slower right now due to social distancing in our factory, but it will be worth the wait for bedding that is made just for you. We will let you know as soon as your bedding is on its way.

If you’ve changed your mind (UK Only)

If you change your mind or your new bedding is not quite what you had in mind, we would be happy to refund you in full.

We can only accept back unused items, in their original packaging, these can be returned for up to one whole year from purchase.

Returned items should be unopened where possible, please take a good look before you put your bedding onto your bed. We do really struggle to make them look great again when they have been released from their plastic bags.

If you would like to return your order, please contact us at We will send you a Collect + Label and let you know your nearest collection point. Your parcel can then be dropped off and it will be returned to us at our cost.

Once we have received your parcel back with us, we will let you know and process the refund for you, please allow 3-5 working days for your return to be processed and your pennies back in your account. We are taking a tiny bit longer than normal at the moment as we have a reduced team in place.


If you'd like to exchange any items, we ask that you place an order for the new items and return the unwanted items to us. We will give you a refund as soon as your unwanted items arrive back with us.

Faulty items

Every measure is put in place to make sure that no items are faulty, going through a rigorous quality testing process at the factory. If something has slipped through the net and manages to find its way to your home, please contact us as soon as you can.

Returning an item from outside the UK

If you are outside the UK, you will need to send the items back under your own steam for a refund. Please send to Secret Linen Store, No 5, Durban Business Park, Durban Road, Bognor Regis, West Sussex, PO22 9FE. Do let us know by email that you are returning a parcel, and include your name and order number inside so we can easily locate your order when the items arrive.
