What Size Bed Should I Get?
Choosing the right size of bed is such an important decision for your sleep quality, and there are a few things to consider. Room size, body type and whether or not you sleep with a partner all play a part.
Super compact rooms will require a single bed, although most small rooms should at least fit a double bed so that you have room to splay.
Tall sleepers over 6”3 will need a King or Super King bed as these reach 6”6 in length. An Emperor bed is even longer, measuring seven feet in length.
If you sleep with a partner, you will need at least a double bed, although you’ll probably prefer a Queen or larger to spread out comfortably. We advise at least a King if one of you is prone to tossing and turning (this will help to avoid morning arguments).
How Do I Know My Bedsheet Size?
Measure your mattress lengthways and widthways, then compare your measurements to the bed size table below to work out the bedsheet size you need. But what do you do if your mattress doesn’t fit the measurements below? Well, then, we recommend sizing up (never down) to the nearest size.
