Give your king sized bed sheets a delightful refresh with a gentle wash at 40°C. If they're made of linen – even better. A cooler 30°C cycle can work a treat. A king sized fitted sheet should be about 60” (or 153cm) wide and 79” (or 200cm) in length.

A flat sheet for a king bed should be about 108” (275cm) wide and 102” (260cm) long.

What is a deep fitted sheet?

Deep fitted sheets are specially designed to fit snugly over mattresses that are more than 35cm deep. Got a 40cm mattress? Pop on an extra-deep fitted sheet for a perfect fit and a neat, tidy look.

What is a flat sheet?

A flat sheet – also known as a top sheet – can be tucked in around your mattress or simply draped over the top. The choice is yours. It’s a bit different from a fitted sheet, which has elasticated edges to hug your mattress nice and securely.

What is the softest bed sheet?
