Our linen is made from flax certified to the Masters of FLAX FIBRE™ standard, which supports responsible farming practices in Europe. Flax is generally grown without irrigation, relying on natural rainfall, and farmers use inputs only when needed, guided by observation and local conditions. The seeds used are certified GMO free.
Flax is also grown in long rotations, typically every six years or more, which helps to maintain soil health and support biodiversity. Every part of the plant is used, from fibres to seeds and shives, meaning very little goes to waste. Linen is naturally breathable, making it a comfortable choice for everyday use.
