Description
Three cheers for Sid! With the most delicate tiny vertical stripes woven from flax yarns in olive green and off white, Olive Green Sid Stripe 100% Linen Duvet Cover is a very welcome addition to the Secret Linen Store bedmaking family.
Woven with care by our super friends in Portugal, this stylish duvet cover is available in five UK sizes, from single to emperor, laundered and then finished with pearly white recycled buttons at the foot end. For a top-notch bedtime why not add a couple of matching pillowcases and a fitted sheet in the same stripe, or perhaps you’d prefer to keep it fresh and simple with Cream 100% Linen. Ooh, is it bedtime yet?
Sid is happy to be washed at 40 degrees. A quick tumble or line dry and this duvet cover will be back on your bed before you can say, “Pass the peanut butter”.
Masters of FLAX FIBRE™ Certified Linen
Our linen is crafted from certified Masters of FLAX FIBRE™ (formerly European Flax™). This independent certification guarantees:
-
European grown flax – from France, Belgium and the Netherlands, with full traceability from field to finished fabric.
-
Integrated crop management practices – flax is generally grown without irrigation, with limited inputs and no GMOs.
-
Zero waste & mechanical processing – 100% of the plant is used and fibres are extracted without water or solvents.
-
Generational expertise – the result of centuries of knowledge in European flax cultivation and processing.
The result is beautifully soft, durable bed linen that reflects both craftsmanship and care for fibre cultivation and production.
