UK deliveries - free mainland UK delivery on all orders over £80, delivered within 3 to 6 working days.

We use Royal Mail, DPD and DHL to make sure your new items arrive safely. You’ll receive an email from the courier when we’ve sent your parcel with a tracking number to follow your parcel’s progress. You’ll also be assigned a delivery slot and be able to re-arrange your delivery or arrange delivery to a neighbour, safe place or local collection point.

We do have Next Day and Saturday Delivery available within mainland UK for an additional charge of £4.95/£9.95. We are sadly unable to offer Next Day Delivery to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Jersey & Guernsey and some more remote parts of Scotland. Mon-Thu order before 3pm.

International deliveries – shipping will be calculated at checkout and you should receive your order within 7-10 days although there is an expedited option available for some destinations.

General Safety Principles: 

Our pillowcases are thoughtfully made and designed to be safe under normal, everyday use. They must be used with care and regard for safety instructions, especially in homes with children, older adults, or anyone with limited mobility. They're built to stay stable, hold their shape, and perform reliably throughout their use and care cycle.

1. Suffocation Risk

• Always choose correctly sized pillowcases that fit the pillow snugly without excess loose fabric
• Loose or oversized pillowcases can pose a suffocation or entanglement risk; never use oversized or loose pillowcases for infants or small children
• Avoid allowing young children to play with or hide inside pillowcases

2. Chemical Safety

• Select pillowcases certified by OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 or equivalent, ensuring they are free from harmful substances, allergenic dyes, or heavy metals

3. Durability, Tearing, and Shrinkage

• Poor-quality fabrics may tear at seams or edges, especially after washing or rough handling
• Inspect regularly for holes, thinning fabric, or unravelled stitching
• Never stuff a larger pillow into a smaller pillowcase, as this puts strain on seams and fabric
• Follow all care instructions carefully, especially washing temperature and drying conditions

4. Care and Maintenance

• Always follow the care label
• Improper laundering can cause shrinkage or distortion and make the pillowcase unusable, affect dye stability and cause skin irritation, and degrade seams or fasteners
• It is always recommended to wash dark or brightly coloured pillowcases separately to avoid dye transfer
• High-temperature washing or tumble drying may shrink or weaken seams and closures
• Bleach and harsh detergents may fade dyes or damage fabric
• If care instructions are unclear or missing, contact the supplier or treat cautiously (e.g. cool wash, air dry)

Warnings & Best Practices

• Do not use pillowcases that are damaged, torn, or poorly fitting
• Keep pillowcases with bold dyes away from light-coloured fabrics unless colourfast
• Avoid using heavily scented detergents or fabric softeners on guest bedding to prevent allergic reactions
• For children under 3 years old, use age-appropriate bedding with no detachable or oversized elements
• Discontinue use of any pillowcase that causes skin irritation, odour retention, or dye transfer
