UK deliveries - free mainland UK delivery on all orders over £80, delivered within 3 to 6 working days.

We use Royal Mail, DPD and DHL to make sure your new items arrive safely. You’ll receive an email from the courier when we’ve sent your parcel with a tracking number to follow your parcel’s progress. You’ll also be assigned a delivery slot and be able to re-arrange your delivery or arrange delivery to a neighbour, safe place or local collection point.

We do have Next Day and Saturday Delivery available within mainland UK for an additional charge of £4.95/£9.95. We are sadly unable to offer Next Day Delivery to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Jersey & Guernsey and some more remote parts of Scotland. Mon-Thu order before 3pm.

International deliveries – shipping will be calculated at checkout and you should receive your order within 7-10 days although there is an expedited option available for some destinations.

General Safety Principles: 

Our fitted sheets are thoughtfully made and designed to be safe under normal, everyday use. They must be used with care and regard for safety instructions, especially in homes with children, older adults, or anyone with limited mobility. They're built to stay stable, hold their shape, and perform reliably throughout their use and care cycle.

1. Suffocation Risk

• Ensure fitted sheets are appropriately sized for the mattress; loose or oversized sheets can pose a suffocation or entrapment hazard
• Never use adult-sized fitted sheets on cribs, cots, or toddler beds
• Avoid allowing babies or young children to play with sheets unsupervised

2. Fire Safety

• Keep fitted sheets away from open flames, candles, or portable heaters
• For added precaution, select materials that are inherently flame-retardant or treated with a home-safe flame-retardant spray (optional, not mandatory for domestic use)

3. Chemical Safety

• Choose sheets that are certified to OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 or equivalent, ensuring they are free from harmful substances, allergenic dyes, or heavy metals

4. Durability, Tearing, and Shrinkage

• Failure to follow the correct care instructions may cause fabrics to weaken, tear, shrink, or lose elasticity after minimal washing
• Follow all care instructions carefully, especially washing temperature and drying conditions
• Avoid over-stretching sheets to fit undersized mattresses, as this can cause seam failure and tearing

5. Slipping or Sliding Risk

• Ensure fitted sheets have strong, well-secured elastic or corner straps
• Sheets that do not grip the mattress properly may slide off during sleep, increasing fall or entanglement risk, particularly for elderly or mobility-impaired individuals

6. Care and Maintenance

• Always follow the care label
• Improper laundering can cause shrinkage and make the fitted sheet unusable, affect dye stability and cause skin irritation, and degrade elastic and compromise fit
• It is always recommended to wash dark or brightly coloured sheets separately to avoid dye transfer
• High-temperature washing or tumble drying may shrink or weaken seams and closures
• Bleach and harsh detergents may fade dyes or damage fabric
• If care instructions are unclear or missing, contact the supplier or treat cautiously (e.g. cool wash, air dry)

Warnings & Best Practices

• Do not use damaged or ill-fitting fitted sheets
• Avoid using heavily scented detergents or fabric softeners on guest bedding to prevent allergic reactions
• Sheets intended for children under 3 years old should carry a choking and suffocation warning if loose or oversized
• Replace sheets that have visibly deteriorated, shrunk, or no longer stay securely on the mattress
