While it's one of our largest and most magnificent sizes (aside from our Emperor size duvets), a big benefit is that it stays put on your bed perfectly with less chance of slipping off. For changing the cover, we always recommend the 'burrito' or 'roll' method – it’s a simple trick that makes the job wonderfully easy, even on your own.

This all comes down to the feeling you love. A natural filling like feather and down will feel incredibly light and lofty for its size, offering super warmth without feeling heavy. A high-quality microfibre filling will feel plump and soft, making it a brilliant choice for anyone who struggles with allergies but still wants that enveloping, cloud-like feeling.

A super king duvet itself won't affect your fitted sheet, but we find that people with super king beds often love a lovely, deep mattress and a plush mattress topper too. We always recommend measuring your mattress depth (including any toppers) and checking out our range of deep fitted sheets to ensure a snug, perfectly smooth fit with no wrestling required.

Due to its generous size and high tog rating, we always recommend taking your super king winter duvet to a local launderette to use their large-capacity machines. This is our top tip, as it gives the duvet the space it needs to wash properly and, most importantly, to dry completely.
