UK deliveries - free mainland UK delivery on all orders over £80, delivered within 3 to 6 working days.

We use Royal Mail, DPD and DHL to make sure your new items arrive safely. You’ll receive an email from the courier when we’ve sent your parcel with a tracking number to follow your parcel’s progress. You’ll also be assigned a delivery slot and be able to re-arrange your delivery or arrange delivery to a neighbour, safe place or local collection point.

We do have Next Day and Saturday Delivery available within mainland UK for an additional charge of £4.95/£9.95. We are sadly unable to offer Next Day Delivery to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Jersey & Guernsey and some more remote parts of Scotland. Mon-Thu order before 3pm.

International deliveries – shipping will be calculated at checkout and you should receive your order within 7-10 days although there is an expedited option available for some destinations.

Our cushion covers are thoughtfully made and designed to be safe under normal, everyday use. They must be used with care and regard for safety instructions, especially in homes with children, older adults, or anyone with limited mobility. They're built to stay stable, hold their shape, and perform reliably throughout their use and care cycle.

• Do not allow children to play with or place the cover over their face, due to suffocation risk

2. Fire Safety

• Cushion covers made from flammable materials can pose a significant fire risk
• Maintain at least 3 feet of space between the cushion cover and:

  Fireplaces
  Radiators
  Candles or incense

3. Choking Hazard

• Cushion covers with zips, buttons, tassels, or decorative attachments may present a choking risk for children under 3 years old
• Inspect regularly for loose parts; discontinue use if components become detached

4. Dyestuff & Fabric Treatment Caution

• Some dyes or fabric finishes may cause skin irritation or allergic reactions, especially in individuals with sensitive skin
• All Secret Linen Store cushion covers are OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified

5. Shrinkage & Deformation Risk

• Do not wash or dry at high temperatures; heat can cause shrinkage or fabric warping
• Always follow the specific care label instructions for washing and drying

6. Wear and Tear

• Cushion covers are subject to regular friction and pressure; over time, this can lead to fabric pilling, seam loosening, or fading
• Rotate and clean covers regularly to minimise concentrated wear

7. Incorrect Care Handling

• Incorrect washing, bleaching, or ironing may cause irreversible damage to the fabric or decorations
• Please follow the instructions listed on the care label for washing
