UK deliveries - free mainland UK delivery on all orders over £80, delivered within 3 to 6 working days.

We use Royal Mail, DPD and DHL to make sure your new items arrive safely. You’ll receive an email from the courier when we’ve sent your parcel with a tracking number to follow your parcel’s progress. You’ll also be assigned a delivery slot and be able to re-arrange your delivery or arrange delivery to a neighbour, safe place or local collection point.

We do have Next Day and Saturday Delivery available within mainland UK for an additional charge of £4.95/£9.95. We are sadly unable to offer Next Day Delivery to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Jersey & Guernsey and some more remote parts of Scotland. Mon-Thu order before 3pm.

International deliveries – shipping will be calculated at checkout and you should receive your order within 7-10 days although there is an expedited option available for some destinations.

General Safety Principles: 

Our table linen, including tablecloths, runners, placemats, napkins and tea towels, are thoughtfully made and designed to be safe under normal, everyday use. They must be used with care and regard for safety instructions, especially in homes with children, older adults, or anyone with limited mobility. They're built to stay stable, hold their shape, and perform reliably throughout their use and care cycle.

1. Tripping or Entanglement Hazard: 

• Do not leave children or vulnerable persons unattended with this product where there is a risk of entanglement or tripping. 
• Inspect before use. Do not use if the product is damaged or has loose threads that may present an entanglement hazard. 

2. Fire Safety: 

• Keep table linen away from heat sources, such as radiators, candles and other sources of ignition. 
• Do not place directly onto hot surfaces or use as protection from hot cookware unless specifically designed for that purpose. 

3. Chemical Safety: 

Choose table linen that is certified to OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 or equivalent, ensuring it is free from harmful substances, allergenic dyes, or heavy metals. 

 4. Suffocation/Strangulation Risk: 

• Do not leave babies and young children unattended with table linen, as large fabric pieces such as tablecloths may pose suffocation or strangulation risks. 
• Keep packaging materials away from babies and young children to avoid the risk of suffocation. 

5. Care and Maintenance: 

• Wash according to label instructions: 
• Incorrect temperature or drying may lead to shrinkage, fading, or tearing. 
• Ironing may be needed to restore shape, depending on fabric. 
• It is always recommended to wash dark or brightly coloured table linen separately to avoid dye transfer. 
• High temperature washing or tumble drying may shrink or weaken seams. 
• Bleach and harsh detergents may fade dyes or damage fabric. 

If care instructions are unclear or missing, contact the supplier or treat cautiously (e.g. cool wash, air dry).
