A Ball of Yarn on Top of Our Sage Stripe Linen Bedding

A big (business as unusual) hello from us.

As the world turns upside down, we are all staying home and watching winter turn to springtime outside.

After six years of growing the Secret Linen Store and working our socks off to make beds look and feel great; we are faced with a challenge bigger than any of us could have ever dreamt.

To ensure you're updated, here are a few words from us on what we are up to, what we are not up to and how the pandemic is affecting us and our service.

Firstly, if you or any of your loved ones are being affected by the virus, we wish you a full and speedy recovery.

We are open and will continue to send out orders and make beds across the country while keeping the health and wellbeing of our staff and customers our priority. Reducing our numbers to allow all to be at a safe distance means that your order might take a tiny weeny bit longer than normal. Next day delivery orders will not be affected so if you need it urgently, please choose that option when checking out ( before 2pm for the following week day).

Unfortunately, we've had to stop our made to order bedding service for the safety of our factory staff; this means we are currently unable to take orders for duvets, pillows and mattress toppers. We have our fingers and toes crossed that the factory will be able to reopen again on 14th April.

We have also put measures in place to reduce risks in our warehouse and packing room and are actioning all daily advice provided by the government for businesses that continue to stay open. Those that can are working from home.

No one knows how long the virus will last or the impact it will have in the long term; however, we are doing everything we can to keep business as usual for our customers and team.

We encourage you, as we are, to keep safe, look after those needing help and come together as a country in these uncertain times.

All that remains to be said is to stay safe and look after each other. We will keep this page updated, so you can rest assured this is the latest information for today.

At least we have our homes and our beds, and if we can make them feel cosier, then our job is done.

Best wishes to you all,

Harriet & Molly
