Molly meets Primrose's Kitchen

Molly interviews Primrose. Founder of healthy, vegan cereal company Primrose's Kitchen.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and we if it's enjoyed from the comfort of your bed, even better. When we met Primrose, we loved her approach. She works endlessly to create delicious (and nutritious) granola and muesli that leave you wanting breakfast for lunch and dinner too. We caught up over a bowl of the good stuff and a cuppa... here's what she had to say.

I used to be about long lie ins but every year older I get the earlier I seem to wake up, so 7am I’m always awake whether I like it or not.

I’ve done this one... my duvet and eiderdown and I actually took the rug of my bedroom floor.

Tell us a secret?

I think people assume because I’m a foodie I cook wonderful meals every day but I’m actually very lazy in the evenings and eat pasta and pesto at least twice a week… eek.
